Holistic Counselling, Is it right for me?

Holistic counselling focuses on the person a whole. During the assessment period of therapy, the therapist takes into account life experiences and then brings forth an action plan to help you.  Specific exercises and/or assignments will be taught to you and then assigments will be given to you to practice inbetween sessions. Holistic Counselling aims to help you with lifestyle changes and positive self care which promotes overall wellness.
